Gillian Hills in the 1969 ITV adaptation of Alam Garner’s fantastic (and underrated) novel The Owl Service. The series is available on DVD from Network and is definitely worth seeking out.
Gillian Hills is a familiar face from 60s/70s hits such as Blow Up (where she has the dubious honour of the first frontal nude scene in British cinema), A Clockwork Orange and the bizzare and rather nasty Hammer film Demons of the Mind
